Refund Policy

When you accept an offer to participate, you accept the financial obligations for the entire team fee for that season. When teams are comprised, monies immediately go directly into uniforms, league, coaches and other fees.  

 

The $200/$210 deposit fee that is included in total participant registration fees is nonrefundable. Refunds will be given (less the non-refundable fee) through the end of the open registration period. Open registration ends on April 14, 2023.

 

 Refunds will not be given to any players who choose not to play because of conflicts, team or coaching assignments, or an individual’s amount of playing time.  

 

Participants who sustain an injury prior to the start of the season will only be granted a refund with supporting documentation from a physician. If documentation from a physician is not provided, no refund will be given. Any injury that occurs during the season does not qualify for a refund of any amount.  

 

At the conclusion of the open registration period, there will be NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND.
